Thoresta Herrgård sits in beautiful surroundings close to Lake Mälaren, framed by forests and meadows. Here you get the feeling of having your own private place — with all the service that makes a celebration effortless.
Want to start with a sauna by the water, gather for afternoon fika in the garden or round off the night with billiards and shuffleboard in Loftet? Everything is possible.
In summer there are options for outdoor events. In winter, open fires and candlelight create a warm atmosphere.

We host parties from 8 up to 90 guests. Close Circle suits 8–19 guests, Family & Friends 20–49 guests and The Full Party from 50 guests. The Magasin hall, our largest venue, holds up to 100 guests for dinner and dancing.
Yes — a very popular option. We have 41 hotel rooms, including four Deluxe doubles with private terraces. A double room with breakfast costs 1,900 SEK/night, a single room 1,350 SEK/night. You can also book the Bridal Suite at Ören for an extra-special touch.
During summer we can arrange parts of the event outdoors — welcome drinks on the terrace, a barbecue by the lake or mingling in the park. We adapt to your wishes and the weather. Outdoor arrangements depend on the season and the size of your party.
Yes. External DJs, live bands and other entertainment are all welcome. We are happy to recommend musicians and DJs we have worked with. The manor is open until 01:00 as standard — a late bar until 03:00 can be added.
Absolutely. We put the menu together in dialogue with you — seasonal produce, your preferences and any dietary requirements all play a part. Our kitchen handles all common dietary needs without any fuss.
For parties under 20 guests we recommend at least 3–4 weeks in advance. For 50+ guests, 3–6 months ahead is ideal, especially for popular dates such as weekends in May–June and September–November. Send an enquiry early and we will hold your date.
